  10. I read somewhere that there exist a way to make timers under Windows
  11. absolute accurate. They state that it is possible with a hardware
  12. timer. Does anybody know how to implement it or how it works? I am
  13. develloping under Delphi but I can read most other languages like C,
  14. Pascal....
